New Zealand Tax Office encourages Bitcoin companies to share data

New Zealand’s tax authorities are calling on bitcoin companies in the country to share their customers’ data. The government agency wants to better map out the industry and extra information is needed to do so.

Bitcoin price over 63 days above $10,000, a new record

Bitcoin has set another record. The share price closed Sunday at $10,793 and was above $10,000 for 63 consecutive days. According to research by Messari, Coindesk reports.

The last time the price was above the psychological limit of $10,000 for so long, was between December 1, 2017 and January 31, 2018. This is known as Bitcoin’s most famous rally so far.
